I Made A Dalmation Jasper Bracelet
I always liked dalmation jasper. I am not 100% happy with the way it turned out though. The flower seemed like a good idea when I was buying stuff to make it. And the bracelet looks OK when you are wearing it. But the bracelet doesn't lay perfectly flat when it is off of your arm and sort of humps up where the flower is. The first flower I tried to use was worse than this one. And actually my very first try I had 3 flowers with beads in between and what a mess that was so I settled for one flower instead. Useless damn things these flowers are IMHO. I might rework it someday if it ends up bothering me too much.
I guess this is the end result of hearing about how I never made a damn thing in my life, and have no talent, and I buy too much (stupid bitches). I can now make my own stuff which means sellers have one less buyer now (and you can thank some stupid bitches for that).

Your bracelet looks wonderful, Puss, and unless you are planning on selling it, who cares if it "lays flat" when it isn't on? It's how it looks when wearing it that is important, and it looks fine..hint: if it won't lie flat for pictures take some clear elastic or white thread and sew the ends down to a piece of paper before photographing it...I've had to do that in the past when taking images of a piece to sell online...

Its damned good PD! I love dalmation jasper, actually I love all jaspers - have you seen leopard skin jasper? Very nice. Did you rework it though, seems a shame to do that, although I often do that, if you don't like it, you don't like it. The flower though, will it sit more flat if you leave more room between the beads?, maybe use some finding to make a clearance? Hard to tell in a photo. Anyway, Happy New Year PD xx

No, I didn't rework it. The flower might lie flatter if I used smaller beads close to the flower.
