Security Concerns At Artfire?

They just might have had one. At least it looks that way. Can we say FAIL?

A note about the almight ArtFire......I opened up an account with them. I forgot my password and sign in yesterday. Picked up the phone, all they asked for was my name, no address confirmation, no birthday confirmation, security question, nothing, and they gave me the info over the phone! anyone can do this and have immediate access to your financial information!!!!!!!!!! And all for $7 a month!!!Great security features at Art Fire wouldn't you say????
